What Angela said about celebrating others out loud when feeling jealous, I practiced it and felt my heart being liberated through the Holy Spirit.

There was once this girl I was very jealous of and comparing my life to. It seemed she had everything I wanted and it was stealing my joy. I decided, no matter how painful it was, that every time I had a jealous thought, I would thank God that she was so blessed and pray that he would bless her even more. A double portion of success for her! It changed my life and how I viewed her and exchanged my jealousy for love and compassion. I also told this girl how amazing I think she is and how she has inspired me. I’m so thankful that I can cheer her on and no longer feel jealous! Now I feel so happy and satisfied with my beautiful life as well.

Thank y’all for sharing this episode, I loved it!

I am an ethnic Jew but I have always been an atheist in my faith but this podcast made me accept Jesus and bring him into my life. I still don't go to church because I'm still looking for which church will suit me best but the second I accepted Jesus into my life my life changed beyond recognition. I call on all my fellow Jews to bring Jesus into your lives and you will not regret it. Jesus is the way, the truth, and the life 🙏🕊✞ ✝️

Can you girls do an episode on introverts, social anxiety, and how to be bold? I envy your guys confidence and how much you radiate inner peace. How do you do it!?? How am I ever gonna meet my husband if I’m such a shy introvert lol. My social anxiety can be so bad that I don’t even want to go to church alone I feel like I always need a buddy and that really holds me back.

I highly recommend the book called: Your Life Your Game! I’ve read it and it’s truly life-changing, It shows how connecting with God and your inner self can lead to both spiritual growth and success. A must-read!

My mother always taught me which didn’t make sense until I was older and redeemed by Christ she would say “you don’t fit in at school because your made to stand out for Christ “ and that is SO TRUE!! Jesus even says if they call me Belzabub as the teach how much worse will they call you my students” we represent a kingdom and a Lord that this world hates but blessed are those who suffer for my name sake for great is your reward in heaven! ❤❤❤❤

My take on jealousy is it is born out of pride (arrogance) rather than fear. Now fear is a fruit of jealousy, not the other way around. Because of pride we think more highly of ourselves than we ought to. Our arrogance drives jealousy when someone seems better off than you (us).

“I wasted so much time!” We miss so much good we miss all the things we have we waste so much time focusing on stress and envy thinking about things we don’t have and we miss the things God has given us real things that we actually need He knows what we need at every stage of our lives. 💕

Yeah, what helped me was realizing that God doesn’t need to take my blessings to bless others. He has blessings for me and blessings for others. What’s meant for me is meant for me out of protection and what’s meant for others is meant for others. Matt 6:33

One of my favorite people in the Bible! This is such a relevant topic that speaks to ours souls and goes into that place we often feel shame and it’s hard for us to admit and also as women, we can be very competitive with each other, often with that competitiveness comes jealousy or envy, and we have to take those sins very seriously.

I had a revelation yesterday as I was praying about jealousy- it’s a gift, and our gifts are meant for others. It’s not a bad thing to be so humble that you can view yourself as lower than others. It’s beautiful to be able to see positive qualities in others that you desire for yourself. We can use that to help others see what they can’t see in themselves, because after all, we are all our own worst critic. We can help build others’ confidence through that. It is, however, a major issue when we’re treating those people differently because of our jealousy, and I know Jesus wants us to love ourselves. I feel like it’s better to be jealous than to be conceited, but both require a very necessary change in heart and self-perception.

I just came across wisdom from Chad Veach, he said: “Anger says I’m mad at you. JEALOUSY says I’m mad at God.”
“You’ve been better to them than you are to me.”
The reality is God has been better and more gracious to all of us than we could ever imagine (Eph 3:20)

You ladies are just growing and growing in grace over time because also you take your time to read suggestions to improve your podcast and fellowship. Love the prayer for guidance before talking about the topic. You ladies are very relatable especially cause I become a Christian (not just by word) same time as you both, so I experience all the changes you both mentioned--- modesty and I even lack interest in some things I used to watch. When I went to see a movie-- I felt like I could've been reading Ezekiel instead of being somewhere 😂 . As Christians, God has given us a new heart. We are set apart. We are not perfect but we are definitely better than we were before. ❤ Praise be Jesus for that. His mercy endures forever. Amen
