Great content. However, I disagree that shorter form videos are more engaging and get more views than longer form videos. Speaking from experience and as a real estate agent who also create videos for YouTube, my videos usually average around 10 minutes and they are watched. In fact, there is a growing number of agents who are marketing real estate listings on YouTube and like my videos, theirs are at least 10 minutes long. Two good examples of such channels are Enes Yilmazer and Lifestyle Production Group.

For someone like me who is mostly a headshot and portrait photographer what is the best way to go after your first real estate client. How did you start out? Did you offer a lower rate for a couple of jobs then raise it once you built up samples in photo and video on realty work? What do you recommend starting out?
