Gas Grill setup for Smoking a Brisket

Here is the setup I used for cooking a whole brisket on my gas grill. It allowed me to get a great indirect cooking area. I used some fire bricks to elevate a second grill grate. Then I put an aluminum foil drip pan under it. This separated the flames from the food and prevented flare ups. If you have any other questions please ask, I'll do my best to answer them for you.

Thank you for the video. How do you poke the foils for the wood chips? Do you poke below (where facing fire) or the other side so that smoke goes up?
