The only sad thing is Pyro is just so crowded with high dps, and if you have two or three you might not need her especially if you are free to play. Just pull her if you love her

By changing the rotation Hu Tao's DMG was 100% under vv while Arle's only the first ~1, 5 sec were (you started attacking around 9, 5 secs in and swirled at sec 1 thus loosing 8, 5 sec aka 85% of the vv uptime and reducing her DMG by a good amount.

Note: Kazuha's A4 only lasts 8 sec, so Arlecchino played basically without having a Kazuha :3

Arlecchino is c0 R1 with comparitively weaker artifacts, hu tao literally has 53 more cv than arlecchino.

Arle still better cuz no stamina consume n hutao with c1 aka no ca stamina consume can hit 15 time and above while normal hutao can only ca 7 time jump cancel n 10 time dash
If this a C0 comparision aler will finished sooner than 3 sec

To those saying hutao won, she has C1 and R2 Homa, compared to Arle with c0 and r1. Arlecchino's C1 is a big damage boost potential, her BiS refinement is also a beast improvement. So there's that.
