For me the weapon even if C1 is better and the reason is the appearance and it's so cool for her ❤️‍🔥❤️‍🔥

I mean tbh it doesn’t really matter because she is insanely op, but if we were looking at which is better for dmg boost def go with C1 because to guarantee weapon you’d need around 230 pulls, but for C1 you need 160 pulls at least. You will ever rarely get to hard pity on limited char banner.

Edit: After Epitomized path changed for anybody that’s reading this comment, weapon is better because the increase from her best f2p to signature is massive and you only actually need 140 pulls to have a good chance at guaranteeing the weapon whereas the character is 160, but if you don’t have around 140 pulls by start of her banner like let’s say at least 120 or more then pull C1 since you only have a 32.5% chance of getting the desired weapon before you get the fate point and fate point doesn’t carry over. So if you don’t get her weapon and you have a fate point then all of those pulls you placed on her weapon will all go to waste.

For people saying she still needs a shield at c1 lemme explain :

what this means...if that if you are standing in one place as arlecchino and a ruin gurdian is doing his spinning attack - u *WILL* be thrown around. Likewise...if your arlecchino is performing her normal attack string - she will be proteted by added interruption to resistance.

>> however this interruption resistance also has a "gauge" that depletes as u take hits....so after being protected for around 7-8 hits...if arle continues takinh heavy hits she will be thrown away.

I watched this video with 5 wishes ready to try and get either c1 or r1 arle as a F2p, and reading the end i said f it and did single pulls on the weapon banner, on a 50/50 and at 18 pity… The wish suddenly turned gold and i got arles BIS. it’s 6:24 am on a random Sat and i’m pinching myself to see if i’m dreaming

Im at 58 pity, with 8 days left. Should be able to get another 16 pulls. Lost the last 50/50 so its garanteed C1. Wish me luck people. Staff of Homa is a good enough stats stick for her, but ill try R5 Dragon's Bane for vape teams and see how it goes.
