Russia and China to deepen ties: XI Jinping stops short of giving military aid

Russian leader Vladimir Putin is in China deepening what he calls an “unprecedented strategic partnership.” Beijing has provided Moscow with an economic lifeline during its invasion of Ukraine.
The two leaders discussed the war, as well as expanding trade and investment.
