The illustration of the early farmer's market at :14 through:19 is really detailed. I used to never go to our local farmer's market on Saturday mornings because I was too hungover. But now I'd like to attend the one in Soulard, since it was the first to occur west of the Mississippi River. Impressive! Thanks for another great history lesson.
