Had a really hard day at my new job yesterday… lots of tears and anxiety because of a mistake I made. Thank you. I’m going through a breakup right now that in truth, is closer to a divorce. In understanding where we went wrong further, I know that on my end, I could have been a better version of myself. I’ve been through a lot of trauma and abuse in my life. I have paranoia to resolve and believe I still have more tools to learn with coping with my PTSD. I’ve done years of healing but I’m not where I can be. And I have another try to allow myself to be more open and whole; for both myself, “my person”, my further children, if I’m so lucky to have those things one day.
