Honestly speaking, I'm not happy with how Adv Ramosepele entertain Gininda. His way of cross examination doesn't put Gininda into a corner so that he can crack.😢

I don't care what Gininda says regarding tattoos. It's a protocol to be asked if you have tattoos or not and what do they mean. Any decent officer knows that. This guy is lying ngelendlela eyokuthi even things he was suppose to do he says he wasn't going to do it

Kodwa ke in this case procedures were never followed that's why aboNtanzi can have a cellphone in a holding cell for 3 months, mind you Ntanzi was taken of the cell everyday.

Please correct me if am wrong but isn't sleep deprivation some form of torture? Revisit the trial within a trial, there are testimonies of how they'd bring back Ntanzi to his cell late at night then take him out again early in the morning
