Do you mean less then 6 months in one calendar year correct? As long asa you are there more then 6 months in a calendar year and 30 months for 5 years?

@Jackie : you have inaccuracy in your video. At 1:08 mark, you mentioned that if you get a marriage based green card, the wait time is 3 years. However this is not entirely accurate and it is misleading as *anyone* that is married to a US citizen for 3 years and has green card for that period can apply under the 3 year rule irrespective of how they got their green card. For example, if you got an employment green card, and then married a US citizen the next day, you can apply on the 3 year anniversary of your marriage. So instead of stating "if you got your green card by marrying a USC", you should have said if you were "married to a USC and had a green card for 3 years" to be correct. Hope this makes sense and thanks for everything you do!
