There is no law that says you can't park in front of your neighbors home. Still, it can be considered bad etiquette and not very neighborly depending on the situation. It's fine if you live on a street where parking is difficult and everyone is fighting for a spot and it's fine if it's a temporary or a once in a while deal. It only becomes an issue if you park in front of your neighbors house EVERY DAY when there is plenty of space in front of your own house OR when you own so many vehicles that the front of your house is filled up with crappy cars that never move. The latter will annoy the shit out of your neighbors all by itself so parking your car in front of their house will only make them more annoyed.
