Papaya TT MOT Time - Pass or Fail?

As we saw last time, I bought this blind with no MOT on it. Let's address the issues picked up on the last MOT, and check there's nothing else wrong with it, then I can actually take it out and enjoy it!

Nice fix on a lucky-blind buy (but I know you could have fixed anything she needed!!) How about in a future project you take us through a custom-built CAT back exhaust retaining the OEM muffler...complete with before and after soundcheck!! Love your channel and advise you generously share!! I often think of shipping my Arizona TT for you for service, but don't want to bust your bubble on what a rust/corrosion free TT looks like!! LOL Thanks P

After changing any of the suspension I'd recommend a 4-wheel alignment: the achiles heel of the mk1. I've had less than 5, 000 miles out of Michelin tyres on the rear due to bad alignment. It's vital.

Ooooo mouldy roof, know what that's like. is that on the list as well? Could that be due to the window not dropping and rising because of the lock switch?

Nice to see another 3.2 .Question mike starts from cold well but if switched off immediately and then restarted runs like a bag of nails ! Miss fires!! Any ideas?

Hi there Funny enough the rear headlight sensor on mine has snapped, apparently a common issue because of rust . I’ve had one hell of a job trying to get one and still haven’t, the lights themselves are at the right level on the road, so will this still fail it’s mot due next month. It looks as if it’s been broken for ages

Whats the benefits off them cook bolts ive seen them on the net but dont no much about them. My mot is next month still not running spot on
