Being minimal can have positive effects on your self leadership by decreasing the effects of decision fatigue and dealing with habituation in a healthy way.

Note: When speaking of "sugars" and "fats" and not eating sugar for a day in this video I’m referring to artificial, added sugar and excess unhealthy fats that are inside of most junk food. I don’t mean natural sugars and healthy fats contained in wholesome food.

Yes, deciding what to eat for breakfast or what to wear in the morning is just such a waste of mental energy. I 'routined' these decisions years ago.

I tried to limit my clothing but my parents didn't allow it, secondly I don't feed my pleasure because of financial concern. Overall I believed Minimalism is better way of living and I will adopt it one day
