AutoZone, Let Me Solve Your Problem. A look at the SureBilt Tap and Die Set # 98093 SKU # 86465

AutoZone Manager says they don't have what I'm looking for while their boss is wanting the manager to explain this particular store's poor sales performance on a conference call...at the counter! I then look it up on my smart phone and of course they have the product...he didn't even look for it. That's why this manager has poor sales performance! Also a quick look at the Tap and Die set.

It is difficult to say what was going on. Sometimes at work you are juggling too many things at once but something like a tap and die kit is a basic tool. I would think that would be easy to point out.
