The Mole's job was so easy this season since the other players lost money so many times.

I just finished watching both seasons, and was literally shocked when Avori and Hannah got eliminated. I was so certain they knew who the Mole was. The editing definitely throws off the viewers. I believe what Sean said, the contestants are incredibly intelligent and should not be underestimated. It's the editing that tells a different narrative.

2 questions
1) during missions is the timer very clear to all players, and does it run contiguously or are there start/stops? From watching if feels like the timers are arbitrary and when we see countdowns it's just added in for the view in post-production.
2) From what the contestants wear, it doesn't really feel like it necessarily fits with how they describe their circumstances. Is the wardrobe provided by production or do the contestants really bring/wear that diversity of clothing.

You know what would be cool next season? If there are 2 moles, I would be so intrigued watching that because I honestly thought that there were 2 moles during this season, considering that a lot of them were soooo suspicious (Sean, Michael, etc.) I would love this plot twist for season 3!

I enjoy the updated seasons of the mole on Netflix, would hope that they add more footage of the players discussing who they think the mole is, and the details they notice, like seasons 1, 2, and 5 on ABC. In a lot of international versions of The Mole, producers and the host know who the mole is, because the host often has 1v1 interactions with the mole. That makes the role of the host shadier as well, which is part of the fun. They also have tighter NDAs, so the results never leaked.

So the producers don't know who's The Mole during filming but also, if The Mole is in the wrong group, they'll call a halt during filming to chat 1 on 1 with everyone (but really just to talk to The Mole)? 🤔How can both be true? No knowledge of The Mole but call a halt if The Mole isn't in the right place?

The prize money is lower now because they can get away with it, not because it's not in the budget. If they don't struggle to get contestants who will participate for 100k, then why would they make the prize 600k?

Those numbers were expected in early reality tv times because it was common to have the possibility of $1mil prizes on shows to get good ratings.
