Finding Nemo: ripped Marlin rig test less than exact 35 bones

just doing my own rig style of marlin so I can animate him, inside the *.ani and *.cut I don't need any extra bones for this, because I will be working on morph targets with modifiers in the future times, if I find a secret to this, but i need to collect some talking features and blinking eyelids. I have the animation setting up already, but it's not done yet.
