VOICES: 'US needs China desperately, and the same thing as reverse' - Laffer Curve creator

Dr. Arthur B. Laffer is American economist and former White House advisor who has been widely acknowledged for inventing the Laffer Curve, a theory suggesting that lowering tax rates might increase tax revenue.

ShanghaiEye talks with Laffer to find out what he has to offer on US-China trade and the transition of China's global roles, as well as how Chinese economy will impact global rebound. The economist meanwhile shares his obsession with China and its culture.
