I see we arrive at the same conclusions with this very nice X17 notebook: lies perfectly flat, cover is amazing while the paper is not FP friendly but still ok.

X17: I placed an order a week ago on the manufacturer's website. The order has not yet been sent. I have complained by email on several occasions and they still do not respond to the emails. I have cancelled the order but they still do not respond. I am going to make a complaint to Paypal and Visa. Terrible customer service.
