Midori Traveler's Notebook (Passport Size)

The Midori Traveler's Notebook is a Japanese notebook "system," consisting of a leather cover and various inserts which can be placed inside in myriad ways to build a very customizable and personal notebook.
In this review, we'll be looking at the "Passport Size" Midori as a more portable alternative to the full-size version: Un-boxing, looking at the various inserts available, setting it up, and putting it through its paces.

Don’t know why YT recommended this 7 year old video to me. But I’m glad it did

When I bought it 3 weeks ago, I reluctant for a while to choosing what size...but I prefer to travel light, so passport size is my choice. Love it. Perfect for fountain pen sketching.

Thanks for the inspiration! It got to where I stopped using my full size Midori Traveler, so after watching this video I decided to perform a little leather surgery and transformed my Traveler into a Passport. Much better!

Good job again. Great idea on the craft folder. I just changed my field notes size notebook with a craft notebook to the way you did it. Always like how you review stuff, it's simple, easy to understand, and as we talked before, there aren't too many men doing videos on midori.

I just set mine up as a checkbook register and budget book! I love how small it is.

Took me 3 days of searching to find n decent review, and not just a journal with me video. Good coverage.

I did not know 'erudite thirst traps' were a thing, but here I am, eye-level with abs on a stationary video. First time watching, looks like I am about 7 years behind, but enjoying the journaling content so far.

Great review. I enjoyed every bit. I am now convinced of the utility of the passport sized Midori and will arrange a transfer of funds to Amazon UK.

LOL Great intro to the review! I like the way you've set up your notebook and think I'll switch mine around so the kraft folder is in the back and out of the way. Good idea also to put a tab on your blotter paper - I'm always searching for mine so think I'll add a tab also. Don't know why I didn't think of that myself! Thanks for the ideas and the entertaining review.

This has been my full time wallet for several years. I use the folder, one lined notebook, and the plastic zipper / card holder (Iremove the zipper; it's a pain) Idon't keep extra clips and stuff; it's very utilitarian. Good review

I have both but I rarely use the full size, but the passport sized lives in my Nutsac or in the back pocket of my jeans. Invaluable little notebook!

I had just discovered Midori notebooks and figured I'd see if anybody on youtube had anything to say about them. Wasn't expecting a video as great as this -- thank you for making it, and you just made me buy one.
