Drum brakes all the way! Far more practical from a maintenance and commuting standpoint! Heck, even high-performance scooters can use this to minimize stressful maintenance and disc brake fragility anxiety!

Drum brakes is the best, no squeaky noises, less maintenance. Ride at a sensible speed and it’s all we ever need. I don’t miss my disc brakes. As some riders call it disks breaks. Because they are kinda broken

Definitely agree. Discs brakes on scooters have too many problems. They are loud. They require more maintenance. The disc can become misaligned.
Whereas the combination of drum breaks and regenerative breaking is a much nicer experience.
It pains me that regenerative breaking isn’t just a standard thing included in every scooter. Every scooter should have a regen break.

well since disc brake provide better braking and make squeak noises its not bad drum brakes are also very good but if you ask me i had to go with disc brakes

I mean, no doubt that your drum brakes are, but my front drum brake on the Chinese s**t from AliExpress whistles like a b**ch when it's wet outside and I live in Scotland now, so it whistles pretty much everyday
There's only the one advantage of that, I don't need to use my bell which is nearly broken, but just pull the brake lever a bit😂

The drum brakes on the Go aren't an issue to me. I just wish the wheel size wasn't below the average scooter wheel size because of 🕳 🛴
