Xbox Boss Reacts to PS5 Event - Inside Gaming Daily

There are few video game executives as debonair as Phil Spencer, and even when he’s taking potshots at the competition, he does it with a little bit of class. Spencer appeared at a recent conference called Gamelab Live. When asked about his thoughts on the competition and the PS5, his response was resoundingly confident. But is it true that the Xbox Series X has a significant hardware advantage over the PS5 or is it all just a bunch of marketing and hot air? Sony has the best 1st party games, my money is with the games, a more powerful machine does nothing if you cant play great exclusives... sure Microsoft bought a lot of developers but they haven’t show or released any new games.

Nothing can turn up the dial on emotion like the Playstation 2. It had the Emotion Engine. Why do people even try?

I'm loving xbox's constant referral to high framerates and how important they are. I'm primarily a PlayStation guy, but the policies of Xbox are quite attractive, I can't ignore Sony's game collection though

The games don't need to be shorter. I think fidelity can stand to chill the fuck out a little. Don't need to see every pore, hair, wrinkle, and STD spackled pockmark on a protagonists nutsack. Creating Super detailed assets is one of the most pain staking processes in game developement. Having 60, 000 polygons in one of 32 different types of shrubbery isn't necessary. No one pays attention to the various vein formations in the leaves of your poison oak.
