I have an old iphone 4s which is disabled, bought this software to unlock it and save my pictures, the software can unlock the phone but then only can do a factory reset losing all my data, exactly the same as an itunes hard reset, the company should be ashamed of selling software that you can do with itunes

I bought this for Android. This is just a set of instructions that you can get for free on the internet. You are removing EVERYTHING and have to reinstall it all. If you buy this and find that out, they will not refund.
