Raspberry-pi Controlling servo

Got a Micro Servo controlled using a java program. It uses servoblaster as the driver. Here in this video servo position is defined as percentages.
Connector configuration
Red : +5v (RPI2)
Brown : - (RPI6)
Yellow : Signal (RPI11 == GPIO17)
