I'm a female who doesn't even work out (yet), but I LOVE following the men's bodybuilding/fitness community. But one big thing I've noticed is just how much body dysmorphia can affect both genders. I do see more men being more open about it now, which is awesome, because it does need to be talked about. Some men in this community do achieve their body goals, but when they get there, they just keep seeing more and more to change. It's a hunger that's never satisfied and can get to a very damaging point for them.

Also, men (actually, everybody) deserve to be complimented more often. See a man putting the work in? Tell him how great he looks/and is doing. It goes a long way and they'll always remember it too. Be genuine with it.

Every single one of them uses synthol to an extent. They all us it on the shoulders, biceps, traps, lats, and thighs. None of them are quite as big as they appear to be. It’s all smoke and mirrors..
