An addendum. Your memory card will dictate which formats you can record in. 60 at intra as well as at least some of the S&Q modes will ask for v90 or even a well rated CF Express card.
Also, Phantom Gang. Great luts for most matters.

A comment about overheating, I had it really bad on my A7Cii, so much so that I returned it for the A7CR, which some legend on Reddit mentioned it was way better with this issue. Ever since, I've recorded almost hundreds of hours of 4k 60fps footage (I also had a 13 hour long session once) and have not had a single issue with overheating, haven't even seen the temperature icon yet.
