This is interesting, Zac, from the standpoint of using Servo (continuous auto focus) and the camera never missing focus. I did a workshop last summer and I don’t know if it’s because I was shooting electronic shutter, but many of my shots were out of focus and very grainy on the EOS R. I found that using One Shot worked better. I guess I need more practice. I’m just a hobbyist

I also set my WB manually but usually like to use a higher F stop depending on the situation.

What do you mean by setting the white balance helps boost their confidence? Wouldve they understand if you let them know that the whites in the photo could be corrected in post? I have to do this since I don’t have a real time view on the screen, it’s all on the mirror where I see the photo
