i think yuris poem is about self harm, it shows that when you cut yourself one time, it slowly becomes something similar to an addiction. The bread is the wrists and the raccoon represents the feelings and urge to cut again. It's easy to understand as that as someone who used to do that almost everyday (i still do sh, just not too often) and the end pretty much gives it away, it can easily become an addiction, let's say it works kind of like cigarettes, All while she knew it was bad to cut and feed the urge to self harm, just to make the urges bigger and worse.

One of the things that I love the most about this game are the dialogues that only make sense after multiple playthroughs, such as Yuri's "this club is gonna be the end of me", Natsuki's "Monika, are you trying to kill your club members?!", and Monika's "you kinda left her hanging this morning, you know?"
Really, really well thought.
