I’m 4th war Naruto was given 3 different abilities which are different things.

Six paths Senjutsu which he has the same symbol has Hagoromo, Madara and Obito on his back he allows gets the ability to fly and Truth Seeker Orbs.

Six Paths Yang Chakra seal which he used to restore Kakashi’s eye and save guy from dying from the 8th gate and he used it on obito who was weakened from ten tail’s extraction and wouldn’t be able to move for several months, Naruto use it on him too during Kaguya fight when Obito was unconscious so he would be able to move and fight when conscious.

Six Paths Sage mode allows him to fly and to sense better and me his attacks and jutsu stronger which is the black aura around his eyes this is how you can tell he is using it.

After sealing Kaguya he lost six paths Yang chakra seal.

After 4th war ended he lost the Sux oaths senjutsu.

But he kept the six paths sage mode which he has in Boruto and loses it after Kurama is gone he only has this if he has all Biju/ tailed beasts in him so he loses it after Kurama is gone.

Six paths senjutsu and Six paths sage mode are two different things.

Six Paths Sage mode on Naruto is shown when he uses the kurama + sage mode eyes BUT the orange sage mode marks don't appear around his eyes. So he still has six paths sage mode, he just doesn't use flying or truth seeking orbs hax in boruto

I think he just lost the truth seeking orbs cause they were destroyed and he lost them and more can't be created, rest is just artistic design changes over the years but the most distinctive feature remains. He has no pigmentation around his eyes which means that six paths sage mode is active

Wrong the sage took back his chakra from both Sauske and Naruto because he only gave it to them to seal Kaguya when she was revived, to keep things short he is only missing abilities of levitating, healing without hand signs, and truth seeking orbs everything else he could still do up until he lost the 9 tails, it’s actually sad 9 tails was the first Tailed animal to actually die permanently. Usually they come back after short time but that is not the case this time

*Naruto* received chakra of Kurama from Kurama, then received all 6 other when he was fighting 6 Path Of Obito Jinjuriki to seal them then received 8 and 1 tail chakra when Obito revived him thus completing the 9 Tailed Beast Chakra (10 Tails) hence 6 Path Sage Mode, connecting him to Hagoromo and gave him the Sun Seal

*Sasuke* received Indra chakra and his sharingan (which he already have) from being an Uchiha and received an Ashura chakra from Hashirama entrusting his remaining chakra and Cells when Kabuto revived him making him a Senju(Ashura) - Uchiha(Indra) hybrid hence Rinnegan, comnecting him to Hagoromo and gave him the Moon Seal

this is the reason why Naruto can still use the kekkai genkai of all the Bijuu despite losing the Sun Seal including in Boruto and Sasuke still has the Rinnegan despite losing the Moon Seal and in Boruto
