is that inflation adjusted?.. After 30yrs, 477K is worth 200K?

The annual dividend income calculation doesn't seem to be correct. It should be much higher. For example after 30 years assuming yield stays at 1.32% yield on $477, 677 is $6, 305 (0.0132 * 477, 677). Is it because the price grows faster than dividend yield? I used TipRanks dividend calculator and it gives much higher dividend numbers. What do you think?

Don't forget guys...thats $470, 000 in 2052 dollars, not 2022 dollars. It's seems like a lot now but in 30 years it (will help) but won't be worth what you think.

Dar, vezi tu, cel mai greu e sa fii disciplinat că să investești lunar acea suma! E o rutina foarte plictisitoare...magia acestui obicei se produce în momentul în care incepi să investești mai mult și în acțiuni care îți oferă dividende, practic, o recompensă mai rapida! Spor!
