An elevator transports you from the basement to the second floor. The incredible third floor has a huge ballroom, game room, sewing room, bonus/bedroom, storage room and balcony. A fabulous wood-clad entry foyer with intricate ceiling welcomes your arrival to the main home offering 7 bedrooms, 4 full bathrooms, 2 half baths, and 6 stately fireplaces. Magnificent. A piece of Heaven on Earth. Mr. Siegel must have been a man of exquisite taste.

Native Detroiter here. It was always understood that these large and magnificent homes in the Boston-Edison area are beasts to heat, so combine that with the incredible updating and landscaping on view here, wow! Whoever did the maintenance and re modeling should get some kind of award. So impressive!

I have driven past this home several times while I was visiting my late fiancee (who was a proud Detroiter).. He exposed me to all the beautiful historical homes and areas of Detroit (Indian Village. Palmer Woods, Rosedale and his area Grosse Pointe).. He loved this city and was so proud of it.. Thank you Terrell Davis for loving this magnificent city and loving me.. RIH my love..❤️

Outstanding home. The grounds are magnificent. Nothing worse than seeing a grand home on a tiny parcel.

It’s an incredible house with an incredible past, unfortunately, I believe the more recent past is extremely sad. I wonder if it is sold yet, it’s an absolutely magnificent property and the price is really quite amazing considering the craftsmanship and the quality and the condition.
