Thank you for sharing your wisdom with us, yes words should be used for healing and I wish is thought in schools. There would be a much loving world and children don’t have to be bullied and grow up with emotions they don’t understand.

Good morning Deepak. Without language we could not truly communicate who we are. If I saw you pet a dog I can only assume that you like dogs. Language allows you to tell me that you like dogs. I find words and communication skills so interesting. Of course, we need to be weary of false communication, (lies) which is where intuition sure helps. My mom use to say, "your tongue is a powerful weapon, be careful what you do with it". Words should be healing, not destructive.

The culture of orality is in the DNA of all societies. In ancient India , the greatest need was always to keep the correct pronunciation of sacred texts alive. ❤

In the beginning there was God and the WORD. AOUM. The Word is an exteriorization of a Thought. Primary Thought = I AM 🎼🎶🎵🤔Be still and know. Seek the SILENCE.

And, again, more scripture sprang to mind, "I, YHWH, heal and I wound, " Deuteronomy 32:39. And, the word for "word" (spoken or otherwise) is DEBAR in Hebrew, and its ancient pictographic understanding is of both "word" and "pestilence." Therefore, the "Living Word" can Heal *_and_* it can Wound according to the Judeo-Christian Bible. I *freak out* at how much of the Bible you unpack every time! Did you _know_ that was in there? I love being an ex-Christian and _seeing_ and _understanding_ all these things, now, with you! Thank you, again and again, Dr. Chopra!

Yes, words, language are great for healing and education, and may be, in the beginning that's what they were meant for AND NOT for the opposite side, which is harming and hurting others. As humans, we got carried away and "abused" language along with all the other things we "overdid".. ran a good thing into the ground. When we're "conscious" tho, we're more "in tune" and definitely more aware on how we use language.

Language is the cloth of the experieces of our mind. It is anexpression of consciousness, which denotes our human world and is released by the mental corelates of our mind. The more elaborate these are the more refined are our experiences. Because it is due to language, that we can discern them. And all that means also the richness of our conceptual life, which evolves in the concepts of the mind. There has to be also a varity of discrimination, that allows us to denominate different situations or experiences we have. Also science is a regulated use of such experiences marked through a certain scietific language, 😊

language we use, derived from matter (3d) is usefull tool but it has its own flaws.
since the words not enough to acknowledge the intention behind.
"Come, let us go down and confuse their language so they will not understand each other"
now, we're trying to get what is taking from us.

Your point about the word "emptiness" in the Buddhist context is valid in that it leaves open the possibility of misunderstanding because of the common meaning - being "zero" or "nothingness." It is a challenging term to work with.

There is some value in that term however because it starkly presents its user or hearer with the most fundamental point - namely, what is? or what is "real?"

Of course, being presented with that harsh question leaves open the possibility that one could slip into a kind of nihilism (negation of reality) but that is not the true intent or meaning of "emptiness" (shunya) at least in the Buddhist context.

It's my belief that the term "shunya" or "shUnyaTa" (emptiness) was favored or embraced by the Mahayana Buddhists as in their view an expansion of the concept of "anatman" (no self) which is most used by the Sravaka Buddhists.

If understood in this way, it basically keeps the original and genuine intent and meaning intact.

Emptiness thus really means "nothing exists independent of its basis of causes and conditions."

Even in Advaita (non duality) this "emptiness" can be derived and validated because obviously things do appear, even though their appearance as something "solid" (self existing as independent things) is illusory.

And as for the original "source" term of "anatman" (no self) - even here we can see agreement with Vedic/Shaivc teachings of "Supreme Self" if understood properly.

If the Supreme Self or "God" (Brahman, ParamShiva - aka "Wholeness") is the ultimate reality (the only thing that can be called "real"), then we can not assert the reality of a lesser "self" (jiva, ego, etc) and so even here the term "emptiness" (of self) would be acceptible.

But granted, even within Buddhism there are valid arguments about the term.

🙏❤

There is an obstacle to Science and Spirituality coexisting, but there is always a spiritual solution to every problem (Wayne Dryer). AI - As humans we can create a vibrational frequency of the heart/mind connection that illuminates from the beliefs in the words, chants, mantras and music that changes our vibrational frequency. As humans we can experience through our bodies the healing energy that is created by our consciousness. We can recreate the feelings of wellbeing and healing from memories stored in our consciousness and bodies. That healing vibrational frequency is connected with the Earth’s magnetic fields and we are both healed. AI will not be able to heal the Earth.
