1. Video Toolbox : Listen to Youtube while screen is off otherwise u can also use floating window of ur popular apps anywhere or any app just toggle Turn On this toolbox !!
2. Quick Notes : for setting reminders and check list which available al the time !!
3. Sound Assistant : You can separately adjust volume of the background apps (useful to mute Gmeet quickly and hear something else or hear both? !!)

As a mi 10 user I can say this very confidently that miui on a flagship phone runs awesome without any weird lag or hiccup or any bug. But miui being so heavy rom causes problems in budget Xiaomi devices. Hope they'll make miui lighter in 13.

The redmi note 8 also has the clear speaker feature built-in and its available in settings by default no external apps needed. ^_^

You forgot to mention video tool box which allows you to boost clarity of apps like Youtube and also allows music playback in youtube or any other app after turning the screen off. This was ought to be there in the list.

If there wasn't any bugs miui would have become best and friendly ui, many people complain about ads but you can turn them off in the settings

How to delete at a glance app from miui

Go to about phone
Go to storage
Go to apps
From there select mi glance
There is a option for uninstall

You can uninstall that app

You can manually adjust volume for every app which is ofcourse a developer option but I've seen it only in MIUI yet

The MEMC and AI Enhancment does not work on any phone that dosen't officially support it, you can toggle it, dosen't change anything.
