Add these ingredients to the breadcrumbs;
Parmesan Reggiano, the more the better
Garlic powder
A lil salt and black pepper (just a lil salt, cause the cheese is salty)
Parsley
And whatever other spices u like, I put fresh thyme, fresh rosemary etc
In the eggs;
A lil salt and black pepper
For the garlic lovers I put a clover or 2 in the eggs using the garlic press…
You can put some hot sauce or whatever to your likings…
Yummy!

I just made this and it turned out amazing! I love to cook, though cooking doesn’t seem to love me, but I successfully did this without burning myself too much so that was awesome!

Its super smart to add the lemon at the end! My late father was a chef, and I can hear him saying in my head "the lemon will dry the chicken out if you add it before you cook it!" 🤭☺️

I wasn't sure not using flour in the coating would really work (so many internet 'hacks' don't work, after all) but I tried it and I'm amazed! Crispy coating! Turns out the flour was making my chicken coating turn out yummy and greasy, and I never knew why, I couldn't figure it out! It was the flour! I use this trick to bake-fry chicken tenders and it works, wow! Great tip, thank you!

I have never used flour when making chicken cutlet and I was always told I was doing it wrong....but I persisted. I am so glad I found this channel! I love it! TY!

Use olive oil and butter, salt and pepper in the bread crumbs, add a little
Gahlic for flavah!
