none of these worked it still goes black when i launch it it works for a split second then it goes black

When I open CS2 on my main account it's not working but when i open it from my other account its working.

My friend told me to putmy res on 4:9 and my tv was black everytime i opened cs

It didnt work...when i verify the integrity it says that 1 file has failed to be validated and will be reaquired but when i delete the autoconfig than all the files were successfully validated
