I didn't know the Americans had access to jet powered cargo planes.

It's funny how the Grim Reaper is walking behind them. In Sisu which takes place in 1944, the Germans knew they were losing the war so I guess it takes place after D-Day. Well it is late 1944 and not mid 1944.

Why do channels like you treat the us like a great invincible nation rather than a strong nation

*Germany was on the Eastern Front. About 6 million soldiers. Compared to 300k in the West.*

Could you imagine being a machine gunner in a bunker overlooking the beach. If any of them survived could you imagine the PTSD from that?

It wasn’t really dday that changed the tide of the war tho it was the Russians defeating Germany that changed everything

Things MIGHT have been delayed if the Nazis advanced at Dunkirk and wiped the British out during their retreat. That was one of the biggest mistakes made.

I wouldn’t say D-Day was a decisive victory considering it was in 1944 and by that time the Russians had already destroyed the majority of Germanys military capabilities, if D-Day had failed I still see the allies winning.
