Diplomatic Compound?!...7 high-ranking IRGC officers were having a meeting in a building which belonged to Quds Force but registered under diplomatic protection ...they were not waiting in the so-called “Consulate” to get visas or student grants!!...The IRGC, owned that building, which was so closed to the embassy, to be able to “use” the embassy's facilities...For that building to be recognised diplomatically, the Islamic regime in Iran (IR), had claimed that the Iranian ambassador's residence is in that building because having an embassy and a consulate side by side would raise some suspicious...What was happening in that building, IR knew it, Syrian government knew it, Israel knew it and it seems the only people who didn;t, were some western news agencies and Mr António Guterres, the UN General Secretary, who still call that building a Diplomatic Compound or a Consulate!!!...
...and since 1979, IR has repeatedly violated the international diplomatic codes and protocols so it shouldn't complain much regarding this one...
