This reminds me so much of my freshman dorm at UW-Milwaukee. Same configuration with four towers around the communal spaces. The gym, lounge, media room, etc all appear to be configured the same way. The finishes are obviously nicer here though. The neighborhood in Milwaukee was a little more walkable though, and was within walking distance of the beach.

Imagine a billion dollar residence? it is a dream but if it was me to ill still choose to buy a house coz I actually like a backyard with a nice seating Area's for your guest, nothing I could say that makes this place a homely home. I think it is nice Area for someone who likes luxury living!
