First of all, thanks for creating this and other videos. They provide helpful reminders and make me think about situations and rules interpretations that I probably wouldn't have otherwise. While I don't disagree with your position that UNC involving multiple individuals should be assessed only one penalty for the act, I don't see where NFHS rules support it. Could you provide a reference from the rules or case book?
