WEIRD Pokemon Diamond and Pearl Glitches!

Pokemon Diamond and Pearl have a lot of cool glitches, and today we will be looking at some of the weird Pokemon Diamond and Pearl glitches! These are my favorite paired Pokemon games and although the glitches aren't as huge as Red and Blue glitches or Emerald glitches, there's still some really cool ones to go over!

I got the void glitch to work by using the slow bike setting at a lower point of jubilife city.

The tweaking glitch is not personalised to each copy. It works based on the pattern of tiles that you pass through where the quadrant intersects.

With fast bike by the lamppost, the pattern is 3124343.
At the quadrant intersection 32 tiles south of the lamppost one (each quadrant repeats across the map 32 tiles in each direction), you can achieve the same result with slowbike pattern 12421, which is way easier.

I'm surprised no-one in the comments knew this either as the glitch is like 12 years old ^^

My Heartgold has the Cute Charm glitch, and I don’t plan to get rid of it any time soon

I personally like the GTS evolution glitch the most since it is one of the easiest and least dangerous glitches to perform but these are really good too

I have both diamond and pearl and everytime i did the tweaking glitch (when done correctly) never crashed, and have all event pokemon, mine are italian copies

Best Gen 4 glitch (works with both DP, Platinum and HGSS) it's to make Pokémon like Kadabra and Haunter and the like evolve without having to trade by:
- Placing them in the GTS (ask for something that prevents them for getting snatched by another player)
- Quickly find some very basic trade with another player looking for Pokémon
- Retrieve your Pokémon
- It's evolving!
Sadly this can't be done anymore since the shut down of Nintendo's Wi-Fi servers 😥

I actually set up the cute charm glitch on my real copy of pokemon platinum and it was so rewarding to do took a while to set up cause RNG but used this rng software to help out and now I can shiny hunt easily

it's also tough in general, in high school i used this to get darkrai and shaymin, and i did it on a copy of Platinum, which is way harder, its a very timing specific thing, so dont give up

About the pronounciation of the pokemon god, I've heard that you can just find it in Silvally's ability: the "RKS" system. It obviously has this name for some reason.

But I agree as long as we know what pokemon you're saying the pronounciation doesn't matter much.

Another cool glitch you missed out is the DNS glitch / exploit which allows you to get any event Pokemon or item from mystery gift by tweaking the game’s internet settings

My guess about why going to the great marsh with an arceus crashes the game is that arceus is supposed to have a different color ring, and so when you go to the great marsh, the game tries to change the color of the ring on the sprite, but obviously the player sprite has no ring.
That's just my guess though

I did the void glitch on a english diamond copy and got darkrai. unfortunately i cant use the upstairs of a pokemon center because it shoves me into the void

I dunno if this has something to do with playing on a rom or something else but when using chimchar on a rom of diamond it doesn’t evolve when it reaches level 14 but will evolve at 15 and if you taught it fury swipes it will try to learn it again. Haven’t really tried checking on other versions but so far this is a weird one
