My wife and have gone back to Turkey every other year.
Year 1: Turkey was awesome.
Year 2: Let’s try something else, Cyprus? Maybe Tunisia?
Year 3: Loved last year…Turkey, anyone?

It’s because the resorts in Turkey are so young / new, recently built compared to other parts of the Med. We had our honeymoon there in the early 2000’s and there was like nothing! Well done them!
