Throw a little bit of garden soil in the bag too, it will give the leaves more bacteria and cause them to compose even faster.

i enjoyed your video.
you can get an inexpensive leaf mulcher and it is the best thing I invested in and I also go to the coffee cafe and get coffee grounds bc you have your browns and coffee acts as the green.
You are putting so much natural fertilizer back into your soil.

I use a leaf blower to collect and  chop the leaves, then I put a weed trimmer in a large garbage can, pour the chopped leaves out of the collection bag, then turn on the trimmer and slowly pull it out of the can. the end result, after maybe 1 minute, is a finely chopped and greatly reduced pile of leaves good for the worm bed, compost bin or as a mulch
