Pilot only survivor after plane crashes during takeoff in Nepal killing 18 people

The pilot of a fatal plane crash in Nepal is believed to be the sole survivor after the incident in Kathmandu which killed 18 people.

Nineteen people were on the Saurya Airlines test flight, including technical staff members of the airline and two crew members.

The plane was on its way to Pokhara for a C-check maintenance. The aviation authority shouldn’t have allowed that plane to be flown under such circumstances. Tragic! My heartfelt condolences to the families of the deceased. RIP!🙏🙏🙏

The Saurya Airlines co-owned by indian company the Kuber Group with an aircraft a Bombardier CRJ plane, en route to Pokhara from Kathmandu crashed during takeoff at 11 am. The plane was carrying 19 people (airline staffs), including crew members.

- It has been revealed the plane was flying to Pokhara for its maintenance and test flight.

- This plane was scheduled to be kept in a hangar in Pokhara for a month for maintenance.

- The captain survived.

The footage does NOT show a skid off the runway. IT TOOK OFF, and stall spin occurs. Takeoff settings not correct.
