The child of this union of a cholas king and NAGA princess of lanka was named ilanthiryan Elam Tondaimon. This lanka prince born of chola / naga nadu lineage was the starter of the Palava Dynasty. details are there but it could have been better. Nevertheless, Raja Raja came into politics much later...one black mark is the destruction of "Kandhalur Salai" which is school of Vedas which had existed more than 2000 years and completely destoryed by Chola army when trying to capture a Pandiya king who was hinding there.

What he is telling in the video is only about late cholas. I highly doubt his knowledge about the chola Dynasty. There are two chola Dynasty : early cholas and late cholas. Early cholas ruled Tamilnadu from 600 BCE to 300 CE. They got defeated after 300 CE and lived as independent kings. After 9th century, the cholas regained their power to form the Dynasty again. These cholas ruled after 9th century are called late cholas. He is telling only about these late cholas in this video and that is also not clear.
