Vietnam's VinFast is the latest automaker to succumb to the allure of mini electric vehicles that are gaining popularity in China today.
We recently saw the electric mini SUV backed by GM Baojun Yep making waves in China, and now it's time to look at a similar vehicle that VinFast launched in Vietnam, the VF3.
