Hi guys! Here's a video edit I made for Kesha's cover of ''This Is Me''.
Hope you like it!

In this edit I choose to show some highlights of Kesha's career and the progress of her throughout the years, mostly the ones from her Rainbow era. While also showing in the beginning of the video the ''less greater'' times she's been through, since this song is about slowly but surely accepting who you are and not being afraid for it anymore. The black & white grammy scene as example shows her braveness and all of what she has achieved so far while the clip right after, the carpet scene from a few years ago also in black & white, shows her putting op the image she has to be, ''faking a smile'' while clearly not being comfortable at all.

I'm a rocker and have long avoided pop divas. Pretty much avoid anybody with a dollar sign in their name. But then came Kesha's album coming from her true self and I was delighted (as was my 5 year old daughter, though we had to avoid the swearing). I love Rainbow and it shows some true writing chops. She also has a strength message for females that is super valuable and a set of pipes that she hid on ALL her earlier work. I'm raising my kid to become a musician and a singer and exposed her to this version of Kesha. Love it.
