I've always loved visual studio, especially 2019, but the latest version freezes up on me so much.

I cant get Wrap, indent, and align parameters or arguments to work... im using the latest build of 2019 Enterprise. I dont get the options that are do in the video. My Quick Actions and Refactorings menu is different. the Ctl+. only two options for me.
