As an American, I wish that our media, rather from a condescending position, engages with leaders of foreign countries with respect.

From this reporter's questions, we can easily know Bloomberg's position in terms of issues in the South China Sea. Anwar is right, issues should be resolved by ASEAN and China, and the US should be restrained. The US has been making use of other countries for their proxy wars everywhere, including the current one in Ukraine, and ASEAN should not fall prey to the US.

Everyone wants some peace in the world, just dont instigate war in asia. Leave us alone. War is not a video game, where today you attack and tomorrow you could go to have a drink at bar. War takes years.... get a life, live in peace, we have done it since colonization. Just dont bring the war here. West stop try to rule the world. They are the only one keeping the thousand years war tradition

We within ASEAN are more for peace and believe that any problems between nations can be settled diplomatically and peacefully .
Wish we can say the same about other nations .

As long as US stays out of South China Sea, there will not be any issue.

While some may overplay tensions for their own political benefit, Anwar on the other hand needs to be optimistic for the sake of the economy.

Anwar is a wise statesman… i am so impressed with his answers to the reporter’s probing questions (seeking discord ) . Malaysia is blessed to have him as their PM finally, after so many years.

Surprisingly, this very dedicated leader is looked down upon by some people in this country.

Malaysia is fully content with China and their policies and actions. This reporter fails to break the tie with questions.
