For every 1% drop in rates, over 1 MILLION buyers re-enter the market creating a larger demand with already historically low inventory.

Multiple offers, crazyyyy due diligence fees, appraisals and inspections waived (big yikes, not a fan).

Rates today are the lowest they’ve been all year and they’re predicted to take a dip again this fall.
