The most underrated city in America. When people come here for the first time they are shocked to see how vibrant it is. I guess people still associate it with the old smoky steel mills. I'm so proud of how much progress we have made over the years.

Pittsburgh's history predates The Revolutionary War by decades unless you only are counting the White presence. The Pittsburgh region's history goes much, much farther back in our native population's cultures.
Anytime you are standing anywhere on Grandview Ave. looking North, just imagine what the view might have looked like 300 scant years ago. Before the French.
You would have had to climb a 100' tall tree for an unobstructed vista if you had any interest.
Back then there were no colored lights to look at at night:)
