NBA Live 18 Demo Gameplay | Golden State Warriors vs Houston Rockets Full Game (Updated Rosters!)

An update came out for the NBA Live 18 Demo allowing you to play with two more teams in Play Now... The Boston Celtics and the Houston Rockets. Also rosters have been updated to reflect the Kyrie Irving Trade, etc. This is a Western Conference Finals Game 7 Matchup between the Golden State Warriors and Houston Rockets.

A basketball game with Live's courts, lighting, and atmosphere and 2K's player models and gameplay would be perfect

The game looks nice. The game mechanics just lack because they still feel robotic and animated

I feel like 2k has the slight edge in terms of the depth of controls, particularly in areas like passing and the pick and roll game, but honestly I just like the feel of Live more this year. The players have a bit more weight and it all just feels right to me, especially the responsiveness of the dribble controls and the bodying up when guys drive the lane. They could tone down the blocks and putback dunks, and reduce the FG% on contested shots inside, but overall it plays really well in my opinion after these patches.

Most of all, the CPU is actually fun to play against. They will go at you in a multitude of ways but I never feel cheated, even when they're stomping me on Superstar level. There's no shot clock cheese, they aren't raining contested 3s in my face at a 50% clip, I'm not losing rebounds in situations where my guy is clearly in position....it's fun. For $40, I'll fucks witcha EA.

Why does the court on the sideline say "50 Seasons of Houston Rockets Basketball"? It said that last season for the 50th anniversary. Surely it doesn't also say that this season as this season would be 51 years. What's the deal?

They should add OKC for the demo but the games coming out in 8 days so I don't need to worry about it

It nags me that there is no PA Announcer that's says players names after basket or fouls and things like that and there are no other arena effect sounds I hope this stuff is in the full game either way I'm getting it

It's decent but not enough. I just hope Live would fix the glitches next year, otherwise im not buying

Just look at how the ball bounces and the release and everything looks exactly like their lastgame and didnt they not evem have a game from last year?

this looks like an ipad game.... if you say live is better than 2k you dont actually mean that your probaly just tired of playing a 2k game for 7 years

Dont buy this game until they fix the servers if they do. The part of the game called live run which is the same as my park is un playable due to lag.
